What is a 3D image?

The concepts 3D images and CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) are often used interchangeably and rightfully so. You’ll experience that so do we. Common for both descriptions is that they refer to images that are made on a computer. And in our case, most of them are visual representations of the real world.
